Refund Policy
At Branding with Camisha H LLC AGENCY, we are committed to delivering excellence in branding, web design, marketing, and mentorship services. Due to the nature of our work, which includes digital products, custom strategies, and one-on-one sessions, we have established the following refund policy.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
All services provided are non-refundable once they have been rendered, delivered, or accessed by the client. This includes (but is not limited to):

Brand strategy sessions

Mentorship programs

Website designs

Social media templates

Branding kits

One-on-one consultations
2. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products (such as downloadable templates, courses, or resources) are final. Due to the instant access and nature of these products, refunds will not be issued.
3. Mentorship Programs and Coaching
Fees paid for mentorship programs, strategy calls, or coaching services are non-refundable once the program has begun. If a client misses a session or chooses to withdraw, no partial refunds will be granted.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule consultations or sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
5. Deposits and Retainers
All deposits and retainers paid to secure services are non-refundable. These payments reserve your spot and compensate for the time and resources allocated to your project.
6. Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are dissatisfied with a service, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. We are happy to review concerns and offer reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement. However, dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Branding with Camisha H LLC AGENCY will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.
